STREET ALLOWANCE definition

STREET ALLOWANCE means land held under public ownership for the purpose of providing a street.
STREET ALLOWANCE means land held by the Corporation, the County or the Province for the purpose of providing a street, and includes a street and an improved street.
STREET ALLOWANCE means the entire right-of-way of a common and public highway, street, avenue, driveway, square, place, bridge, viaduct, or trestle, designed and intended for or used by the general public for the passage of vehicles.

  • PHARMACY ALLOWANCE means the lower of: • the amount the pharmacy charges for the prescription drug; • the amount we or our PBM have negotiated with a network pharmacy; or • the maximum amount we pay any pharmacy for that prescription drug.

In calculating the "Rentable Square Feet" of the Premises or the Building, the area contained within the exterior walls of the Building stairs, fire towers, vertical ducts, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks and major pipe shafts will be excluded.

  • Salvage Yard means any non-residential property used for the storage, collection, and/or recycling of any type of equipment, and including but not limited to vehicles, appliances and related machinery.

  • refurbishment means repairing of used electrical and electronic equipment as listed in Schedule I for extending its working life for its originally intended use and selling the same in the market or returning to owner;

  • Utility Allowance means a monthly allowance, as provided by the local public housing authority or as otherwise allowed by HUD rules and the GLO rules, for utilities and services (excluding telephone services) to be paid by the tenant.
