Streaming Delivery definition

Streaming Delivery means the encrypted transmission of an encrypted copy of a Licensed Program via the internet (and in the case of cellular delivery to a Mobile Device, via 3G/4G) from Authorized Servers directly to an Authorized Application on a Permitted Device (and in the case of delivery to a Personal Computer, via an Authorized Website), where in each case: (a) delivery is made to a Permitted Device in the Territory for viewing on such Permitted Device (or if such Permitted Device does not have a display screen, for viewing on a display screen that is Locally Connect to such Permitted Device), (b) the Authorized Application and Permitted Device have a live connection to the Authorized Servers at all times during the transmission and viewing of the Licensed Program, (c) the transmission and all copies of the Licensed Program (and portions thereof) are encrypted and protected with a Security Solution, (d) there is no download, storage or copying of the Licensed Program except for temporary caching or buffering that expires on a frame-by-frame basis within 2 minutes of creation, and (e) playback occurs only through an Authorized Application.

Streaming Delivery means the encrypted streaming transmission of an encrypted copy of a Licensed Episode via the internet from Authorized Servers directly to an Authorized Application on an OTT Device (or in the case of delivery to a Personal Computer, from Authorized Servers via an Authorized Media Player on an Authorized Website directly to a Personal Computer), where in each case: (a) the Authorized Application, Authorized Media Player and OTT Device have a live connection to the Authorized Servers at all times during the transmission and viewing of the Licensed Episode, (b) the transmission of the Licensed Episode(s) (and all portions thereof) are encrypted and protected with the applicable OTT Security Solution, (c) there is no download, storage or copying of the Licensed Episode except for a temporary cache or buffer that does not exceed 2 minutes of video at any given time, and (d) viewing occurs only through an Authorized Application, or in the case of a Personal Computer only through an Authorized Media Player on an Authorized Website.

Examples of Streaming Delivery in a sentence

  • Updates/upgrades to the Authorized App/Player shall be implemented promptly upon such updates/upgrades becoming available if they address a known security issue, and access to the Licensed Service(s) via Internet Streaming Delivery on the applicable Authorized Internet Devices shall be suspended until the user upgrades to the latest authorized version of the Authorized App/Player which addresses that known security issue.

  • MGM hereby grants and Licensee accepts a limited exclusive license under copyright to stream in the Territory in the Authorized Language(s), but nowhere else in the world, each episode of HANDMAID’S TALE (SEASON 5), THE licensed under this License Agreement solely by means of FVOD (defined herein) delivered via Internet Streaming Delivery in high definition and standard definition during the FVOD Viewing Window (defined herein).

  • Licensee shall employ industry standard geolocation practices and technologies to ensure that Internet Streaming Delivery of the Licensed Service(s) is only available to viewers in the Territory.

  • The following paragraphs in this Section B shall apply with respect to Internet Streaming Delivery.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, with respect to each requested transmission of any Licensed Program via Internet Streaming Delivery, Licensee shall perform an IP address check utilizing IP address look-up tables (updated weekly) and shall use reasonable efforts to screen for and block IP addresses provided by proxies, anonymizing services, hosting services or VPNs that are commonly used to circumvent geolocation restrictions.

  • Calling Number Delivery means a feature that enables an End User to view the directory number of the calling party on a display unit.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling party’s name is retrieved from a Calling Name Database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Purchaser Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Delivery means delivery in compliance of the conditions of the contract or order.
