Stream Area definition

Stream Area means (i) the Properties and (ii) any other Property Interests located with a two (2) kilometer perimeter of the Properties, but, in the case of (ii), only to the extent that Minerals are exploited from such other Property Interests using any of the same underground infrastructure as is used to exploit Minerals from the Properties.
Stream Area means the lands (including the subsurface of such lands) listed on Schedule G which total area, for reference purposes only, is shown on the map included in Schedule G and identified as “Area of Interest”.
Stream Area means the lands (including the subsurface of such lands) listed on Schedule 1.1(sss) which total area, for reference purposes only, is shown on the map included in Schedule 1.1(sss) and identified as “Area of Interest”.

  • Riparian area means the transition area between flowing water and terrestrial (land) ecosystems composed of trees, shrubs and surrounding vegetation which serve to stabilize erodible soil, improve both surface and ground water quality, increase stream shading and enhance wildlife habitat.
