Strategy Calculation Day definition
Strategy Calculation Day means any day on which the offices of Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York are open for business.
Strategy Calculation Day means each day specified as such in the Relevant General Strategy Description and/or Other Relevant Strategy Documentation Elements, or if not so specified, shall mean any day on which the offices of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York are open for business.
Strategy Calculation Day means a Strategy Business Day on which the NAV of the Fund Asset is scheduled to be calculated and reported by the Fund Asset or the Fund Service Provider to holders of the Fund Asset.
