Strategic Placement definition

Strategic Placement means a placement of Shares where the Person to whom the Shares are placed and its Related Bodies Corporate are not primarily financial institutions or investors and the directors of S▇▇▇, in their reasonable judgement, consider that the placement provides a strategic advantage to S▇▇▇.
