Strategic Advisors definition

Strategic Advisors means Pink Sands Group, LLC, Cyber, Moode LLC, Moon Cat, LLC, Zorba Investments LLC, Purple Poseidon LLC, Tentacle Holdings LLC, PCAO LLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC and New Island Advisors LLC.
Strategic Advisors means the persons listed as “Strategic Advisors” in the Spreadsheet, who have provided the Company with finders services.
Strategic Advisors means each of the parties that are signatory to the Strategic Advisor Agreement, or the respective affiliates or designees thereof.

Examples of Strategic Advisors in a sentence

  • Except for the fees and expenses payable by the Company to the Placement Agent and the Strategic Advisors, no brokerage or finder’s fees or commissions are or will be payable by the Company or any Subsidiary to any broker, financial advisor or consultant, finder, placement agent, investment banker, bank or other Person with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.
