An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments the Buildings and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act (Chapter 30 of the 2000 Revised Edition) so as to provide for proper maintenance and management of buildings, and to make consequential amendments to the Land Titles (Strata) Act (Chapter 158 of the 1999 Revised Edition) and certain other written laws.
