Straddle Return definition

Straddle Return means a Tax Return for a Straddle Period.
Straddle Return shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.2(c).
Straddle Return has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(f).

Examples of Straddle Return in a sentence

  • If the Buyer and the Seller cannot agree on the amount of Taxes owed by the Seller with respect to a Straddle Return, the Seller shall pay or cause to be paid to the Buyer the amount of Taxes reasonably determined by the Seller to be owed by the Seller.

Straddle Return means a Tax Return that is required to be filed with respect to any Transferred Subsidiary for a Straddle Period.
