S.T.R. Operator definition
S.T.R. Operator means a registered owner of the property on which the S.T.R. is located and who makes the S.T.R. available through an S.T.R. Company; (62-2020)
S.T.R. Operator means any person who operates a short-term rental that is registered or required to be registered under Chapter 547. "STR Operator Removal Data" shall include, but is not limited to: For each request made by the City to the STR Company for the removal of listings or advertisements related to a STR Operator from the STR Company's platform:
S.T.R. Operator means the Proprietor of any dwelling, lodging, or sleeping accommodations offered as a Short-Term Rental, whether in the capacity of owner, lessee, sublessee, mortgagee in possession, licensee, or any other possessory capacity, except the term does not apply to those exempted by paragraph (b) below.
