STR Manager definition
STR Manager means any Qualified Off-Site Manager, Qualified Off-Site Owner, Qualified On-Site Owner, or Qualified On-Site Occupant, who shall be responsible for, and on-call, with appropriate authority and access to provide property management services, remedial functions, acceptance of service on behalf of the Permittee, and to ensure other compliance responsibilities, at all times, during any Short Term Rental Period, and who resides or is present within one (1) hour or less of travel time, and within fifty (50) geographical miles of the STR Premises.
