Stormwater Utility Fee definition

Stormwater Utility Fee means the fee charged to Property Owners to manage the Storm Sewer System.
Stormwater Utility Fee means the monthly utility charges based upon the SBU rate applied and billed to property owners or occupants of developed residential property, developed nonresidential property and developed mixed use property, all as more fully described in this article.
Stormwater Utility Fee means the stormwater management fee and/or charges applicable to a parcel of developed land, which fee/charges shall be reflective of the City of Alcoa stormwater utility's cost of providing stormwater management services and facilities. Stormwater utility fee may also be termed "stormwater utility service charge."

More Definitions of Stormwater Utility Fee

Stormwater Utility Fee means the periodic user fee imposed pursuant to this by-law by the Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ which will be dedicated to the provision of public stormwater management services.
Stormwater Utility Fee or "fee" means a fee provided for under section 5.
