Stormwater Permit definition

Stormwater Permit means a permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
Stormwater Permit or “MS4 Permit” means NPDES No. DC0000221, issued April 20, 2000 to the District of Columbia by the Environmental Protection Agency.”.
