Stormwater Infrastructure definition

Stormwater Infrastructure means those parts of the City's stormwater network and sea walls that are integral to the City’s road or rail network;
Stormwater Infrastructure that portion of the City Required Infrastructure that includes all stormwater related structures and improvements required by the City pursuant to the approved site plan and stormwater infrastructure construction drawings for the Windermere Subdivision;
Stormwater Infrastructure means the stormwater management infrastructure described on Exhibit 1.62, including a public stormwater pond, pipeline infrastructure and pump station described on Exhibit 1.62.

  • As used herein, Stormwater Infrastructure does not include drainage systems or facilities that are not publicly owned, and which do not carry public stormwater.

  • The HOA declarations must indicate that the HOA has control and authority over the common area property where the Stormwater Infrastructure is to be located.
