Stormwater control facility definition
Stormwater control facility means any facility, improvement, development, property, or interest therein, made, constructed, or acquired for the purpose of controlling, or protecting life or property from, any storm, waste, flood, or surplus waters.
Stormwater control facility means the streams, rivers, ponds, waterways, groundwater, and functionally related natural and manmade storm or surface water sewers and other control facilities that combined constitute the City Stormwater Control Facility as provided by RCW 35.67.010(3) and RCW 35.67.020.
