Stored Items definition

Stored Items means the items packed by you, Ondemandstorage.com, or on behalf of Ondemandstorage.com for storage by Ondemandstorage.com.
Stored Items. “Charges”; and “Facility”. The termStorage Services” shall mean the storage by Fujifilm of the Stored Items in the agreed conditions following adequate procedures, using equipment with adequate safeguards (e.g. alarms and emergency power supply), and all activities ancillary to that storage including, without limitation, taking items into storage and releasing items to Customer.
Stored Items refer to the property or goods or belongings of the Renter that are stored in the Storer’s Space.

Examples of Stored Items in a sentence

  • Agreement to store Stored Items Hervey Bay Caravan Storage agrees to store the Stored Items for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the Term described in the Reference Schedule for the Storage Fees described in the Reference Schedule on the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

  • The Stored Items are stored entirely at the risk of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and Hervey Bay Caravan Storage accepts no liability for the Stored Items whatsoever.

  • USEC’s decision to de-lease the Facility shall remain in USEC’s sole discretion and shall be made based on its own operational and financial interests and without regard to any obligations to provide storage of the Stored Items.

  • If USEC notifies DOE of its decision to de-lease the portion of the Facility on which the Stored Items are located, Customer shall within sixty (60) days prior to the proposed date of de-lease take Physical Delivery of the Stored Items or agree with DOE on terms for the continued storage by DOE of the Stored Items after the Facility is de-leased so that USEC may relinquish control of the Stored Items to DOE on its proposed date of de-lease.

  • Owner will not be allowed to post "For Sale" signs on the Stored Item(s) while the Stored Item(s) is/are on Company property without the written consent of Company.

  • No Stored Item(s) will be removed from storage until all sums owed by Owner to Company under this Agreement including, without limitation, all current charges for storage have been paid in full.

  • If a Renter requests a Booking of your Space and stores Stored Items in or uses your Space, Stozy shall merely be a facilitator of the transaction between you and the Renter and Stozy shall not be a party thereto.

  • Fujifilm shall store the Stored Items at the Facility(ies), provided that in each case the location of the Stored Items meets the storage conditions specified in the Schedule.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;
