In connection with this subsection (iii), Developer agrees to include with its Certificates of Expenditure evidence of all private costs (that are not Phase 2 CID Project Costs) for which Developer is performing the work and responsible for payment, and Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such evidence of private costs from Store Operators, assignees or other third parties who are performing other work on Phase 2 of the Project.
The UG will provide assistance to the Developer, Management Company and, where appropriate, Store Operators in fulfilling their goals, as set forth in this Agreement and with respect to procedures described herein.
