Store Fee definition

Store Fee means the percentage of Net Receipts for an App or In-App Product which is retained by Microsoft as a fee for making the App or In -App Product available in the Store and providing the services set out in this Agreement other than those covered by the Account Fee or any other separately identified fee.

  • Once established, the Annual Per Store Fee will be the base fee used to calculate fixed and variable fees during months 13 through 30 of the Initial Term and during any exercised Extension Terms.

  • The Store Fee will be payable within *** days of such Selected Dealer Store being activated and selling Services as provided herein.

  • If Vendor deactivates a particular market, and Dealer removes from this Exhibit A the store or stores in that market, Dealer will be entitled to retain the *** Store Fee for each such store that is removed from this Exhibit A.

  • Hybrid Solutions shall charge a [10] % of the Plugin cost to the end customer as a Store Fee in exchange for availing the Plugin to the vStore’s end users.

  • You are also responsible for paying any sales, use, or value‑added taxes (if any) in connection with the Store Fee that Hybrid Solutions collects from You.

Related to Store Fee

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Entrance fee means money paid in a lump sum or installments or property transferred pursuant to a continuing care agreement before initiation of continuing care for 1 or more individuals and that confers the right to the continuing care.
