Store EBITDA definition

Store EBITDA means, for any period, with respect to any Facility, EBITDA resulting solely from the operations of such Facility during such period; provided that Store EBITDA will be calculated in a manner consistent with that used by Borrower to determine "Income From Store Operations" as such term is used in the financial statements annexed hereto as Schedule 1.1(D).
Store EBITDA means the earnings of each of the Company’s retail stores before taking into account the interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization with respect to such store as set forth on Schedule 1.7.
Store EBITDA has the meaning set forth in SECTION 7.20(a)(ii).

Examples of Store EBITDA in a sentence

  • The term "Store EBITDA" with respect to any closed Store ------------ shall mean the net income of such Store for the four-quarter period ending at the end of the last full quarter prior to the closing of such Store, plus the federal and state income taxes and depreciation and amortization attributable to such Store during such period, calculated applying generally accepted accounting principles on a consistent basis as previously applied by JFF.

  • For and with respect to each Closed Required Restaurant, the sum of (x) five times the 1998 Store EBITDA for such Closed Required Restaurant, plus (y) $50,000.

Store EBITDA means the Company’s EBITDA less the Company headquarters general and administrative expenses calculated in accordance with GAAP and consistent with industry standards.
