Storage Spaces means those rental car vehicle spaces, other than those in the Ready/Return Block, located at one or more locations on the Airport designated by the Director and available for Operator vehicle storage on an overnight basis.

  • Occupant has had an opportunity to measure the usable interior space of the Storage Space and understands that all representations by Owner of the Storage Space's size in terms of mea- surements are approximate.

  • The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord, for their respective Lease Year, in lawful money of Canada yearly throughout the term of this Lease for the Storage Spaces an annual rent calculated on the basis of FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15.00) per square foot of the rentable area of the Storage Spaces, in equal and consecutive monthly installments of one twelfth (1/12) of the aforesaid annual rent, each in advance without set-off, compensation or deduction whatsoever, on the first day of each month.

  • Landlord shall not be liable for any theft or damage to any items or materials stored in the Storage Spaces, it being understood that Tenant is using the Storage Spaces at its own risk.

  • A default by Occupant on any Storage Space shall be considered a default on all Storage Spaces rented.

  • The Tenant shall not be obliged to pay to the Landlord, in respect to the Storage Spaces, the Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Real Estate Taxes and the Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Operating Costs.

  • Concessionaire shall transport inventory among Concession Locations and Storage Spaces in the same building at such times and by such routes stated in the Concessions Handbook.

  • The Storage Spaces shall be used by Tenant for the storage of equipment, inventory or other non-perishable items normally used in Tenant's business, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
