Storage Services Contract definition

Storage Services Contract means the storage services agreement entered into by the Parties in respect of the Storage Facility. Storage Year has the meaning given to such term in the Storage Services Contract.

  • Regardless of any other provision in this Storage Services Contract, neither Party shall be obliged to do, or omit to do, any act which would, in its reasonable opinion, put it in breach of any of the Relevant Requirements.
