Storage Day definition

Storage Day means the period beginning at 06:00 hours in the morning (CET/CEST) of each calendar day and ending at 06:00 hours in the morning (CET/CEST) of the following calendar day.
Storage Day means the period beginning at 06:00 hours in the morning (CET/CEST) of each Calendar Day and ending at 06:00 hours in the morning (CET/CEST) of the following Calendar Day. Storage Day can consist of 23 or 25 hours in case of switching from CET to CEST and vice versa. “Storage Facility” see “Katharina Natural Gas Storage Facility”. "Storage Fee" means the fee stipulated in the Storage Service Agreement to be paid by the Storage Customer to the Storage Service Provider for particular Storage Services pursuant to the provisions of the Storage Specification consisting of a Fixed Storage Fee and a Variable Storage Fee.
Storage Day means the 24-hour period commencing at the beginning of hour ending 24 (EST) on the day immediately preceding a Business Day, and ending at the end of hour ending 23 (EST) on such Business Day. For the purpose of any references in this Agreement to a Storage Day occurring in a particular calendar month, a Storage Day shall be deemed to occur in the month in which it ends (notwithstanding that the first hour of a Storage Day may actually occur in the preceding calendar month).

Examples of Storage Day in a sentence

  • Storage Day – A calendar day, or any portion thereof, during which a vehicle is present at a Facility, starting on the calendar day of notification to the delivering agent of the vehicle’s availability or the actual placement of the vehicle in a vehicle bay at the Facility, whichever comes first, until the calendar day that the vehicle is removed from the Facility.

  • Each calendar day, or portion thereof, will count as one (1) Storage Day.

  • If the first Storage Day of the requested Storage Period is not the first Storage Day of a Storage Year, a booking shall only be permitted if the time difference between the booking and the first Storage Day of the requested Storage Period is no more than 30 calendar days.

  • In case of Transfer of Gas between two Storage Customers, each shall pay a fee of 0.0005 €ct/kWh per transaction for the transferred quantity with a minimum of €250 per Storage Customer and per Storage Day within which Gas is transferred.

  • In case of a Transfer of Gas between a Storage Customer and a Storage User who is not a Storage Customer, the Storage Customer shall pay a fee of 0.001 €ct/kWh for the transferred quantity, with a minimum of €500 per Storage Day on which Gas is transferred.

  • STORAGE OF LOADED OR EMPTY PRIVATE CARS ON RAILROAD ITEM 120TRACKS (EXCESS CARS) COMPUTATION OF CHARGES: If the total number of loaded or empty Private Cars in stored status and available to be ordered in on the next scheduled service exceeds the customer’s available storage agreement capacity on any particular day, then storage charges will be assessed at a rate of $90.00 per Storage Day, except Empty Private Cars held on railroad tracks will be assessed $50.00 per Storage Day.

  • National Grid NTS may make Constrained Storage Renominations in respect of a Constrained Storage Facility in respect of any Day (a " Constrained Storage Day") where at 16:00 on the Preceding Day and/or at any subsequent Demand Forecast Time, the forecast flow, at the relevant Constrained Point, exceeds the Constrained Threshold Demand Flow; and where National Grid NTS makes a Constrained Storage Renomination, it will notify Users of the forecast flow at the Constrained Point.

  • On this Storage Day, the Customer shall nominate twenty-three (23) consecutive hourly quantities for the Delivery Point.

  • Except for daily Nominations, the Provider, each Day by 18:00 hours, shall provide the Customer with a notice of confirmation regarding the Nomination submitted for the following Storage Day.

  • In order to calculate the Storage Services Fee per Storage Day the Storage Services Fee per Month according to sentence 1 shall be divided by thirty (30).

Related to Storage Day

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Storage operator means a person holding or applying for a permit.

  • Storage tank means an aboveground storage tank or underground storage tank as defined by this Regulation.

  • Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Storage means any keeping or retention of tangible personal property for use, consumption or

  • Weekend means a Saturday and the following Sunday, assuring a minimum of fifty-six (56) hours off duty;

  • Storage container means a device in which sealed sources or radiation machines are secured and stored.

  • polling day means the day fixed for holding the poll at an election;

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Loading Port means the port of Port Hedland or if iron ore is not shipped, or is not shipped from that port, then such port (which may include the port of Port Hedland) as the Minister may determine for the purpose of this definition;

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • movement area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, consisting of the manoeuvring area and the apron(s);

  • Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.

  • Working Day means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Terminal Date means in respect of each Member the Annual Renewal Date following the date on which completes the age of 55 or the member closes his account with the Bank or discontinuance of premium payment whichever is earlier.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.
