Storage Ashore Accommodation definition

Storage Ashore Accommodation means the land space temporarily allocated to the Owner from time to time by the Company for the storage ashore of the Vessel during the term of this Agreement or part thereof.
Storage Ashore Accommodation means the land space temporarily allocated from time to time by the Company for the storage ashore of the Yacht during the term of the Agreement. Yacht: shall include any form of craft or boat. VAT: the value added tax as required by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Examples of Storage Ashore Accommodation in a sentence

  • Yachts changing ownership under any sales will not retain the Berth or Storage Ashore Accommodation and this Agreement shall terminate immediately on completion of such sale, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by the Company.

  • No refunds will be made by the Company to the Owner for any period during the Agreement where the berth or Storage Ashore Accommodation is not occupied.

  • The Company may at its discretion allow the Owner to extend the term of this Agreement for a set period in the event that the berth or Storage Ashore Accommodation is not occupied by the Yacht for a continuous period.
