Stoppage definition

Stoppage means a direction to cease any operation of or on board a vessel;
Stoppage means a clog or obstruction in a building sewer or drain that cannot be readily relieved by a sewer and draincleaner.
Stoppage means any time during which no power is being applied to propel the Vessel for a reason listed in Clause 22.
