STOP SHIPMENTS definition
STOP SHIPMENTS. The Division may, in its sole discretion, cancel any Buyer orders previously accepted by the Division or delay the delivery of any of the Products covered thereby if the Buyer defaults in any of its obligations under this Agreement or if the Division reasonably believes that the Buyer may do so for or with respect to any past or pending Buyer order.
