Stop-off pay definition

Stop-off pay means the compensation we receive from customers for interrupting a haul to pick up or unload a portion of the load.

Related to Stop-off pay

  • Stop Out means an instruction to close the Client's open position without the consent of the Client or any prior notice in a case of insufficient funds required for maintaining open positions.

  • Tariff Payment means the payments to be made under Monthly Bills as referred to in Article 10 and the relevant Supplementary Bills;

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Stop or stopping when prohibited means any halting of a vehicle, even momentarily, whether occupied or not, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic control device.

  • frozen account means an account with a relevant institution which is held or controlled (directly or indirectly) by a designated person;
