Stoneridge refers to the senior living community including the Residences, the HealthyLife™ Services Center, the Health Center, and all site amenities associated with these areas located in Mystic, Connecticut. "us") refers to the owner and operator of a ContinuingCare™ senior living community which conducts business as StoneRidge, which in- cludes the Residences, Clubhouse, Health Center, common areas, and site amenities associated with these areas.
