Stone Oak definition

Stone Oak means and refer to that tract of land of which the "Properties" is part thereof, consisting of 4386 acres, more or less (See Exhibit C) that has been subjected to a comprehensive land plan by Stone Oak, Inc., a Texas corporation, previous holder of title to the Property.
