Stock Summary definition

Stock Summary means a summary of information related to the Eligible Stock required to be delivered by the related Seller to the Buyer pursuant to Section 4(a) hereof, which schedule shall contain the following information with respect to each Eligible Stock certificate, (i) the name of the related Eligible Entity and state of formation/authorization, (ii) the class of stock, (iii) the certificate number, (iv) the number of shares and (v) any other information reasonably requested by Buyers.
