Stock Status Report definition

Stock Status Report means the applicable periodic report generated by the MMS system utilized by the Credit Parties for the tracking of Inventory and Equipment in the ordinary course of its business as currently conducted by the Credit Parties, or such other tracking system used by the Credit Parties in its business as has been approved by the Agent.
