Stock Rate definition

Stock Rate means a rate of return such that an amount allocated to the Stock Rate shall be credited or debited, as the case may be, as if 100% of such amount were invested in Stock, with any dividends paid on such Stock being deemed immediately reinvested in Stock.
Stock Rate means an annual dividend rate of 8.25% (i.e., a quarterly dividend rate of 2.0625%) PROVIDED, HOWEVER, the "Stock Rate" shall mean an annual dividend rate of 18.00% (i.e., a quarterly dividend rate of 4.5%) immediately upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (subject to possible adjustment in the event of fractional shares as set forth in the following sentence) payable in shares of Common Stock of the Corporation such that the number of shares of Common Stock issued as Dividends shall be determined by dividing the dollar amount of interest then owing by the Conversion Price (as defined in Paragraph 4.2 below). Dividends paid at the Stock Rate shall not be paid in fractional shares (all such fractional shares being rounded up to the nearest whole number of shares).

Dividends paid at the Stock Rate shall not be paid in fractional shares (all such fractional shares being rounded up to the nearest whole number of shares).

Examples of Stock Rate in a sentence

  • On March 1 following each Plan Year and immediately prior to the payment of any benefits, interest on the account balance since the preceding credit under this Section 3.1.2, at an annual rate, compounded monthly, equal to the Growth of Stock Rate for the same period.

  • The number of shares of Common Stock to which a holder of Series C Preferred Stock shall be entitled upon conversion shall be the product obtained by multiplying the applicable Preferred Stock Rate then in effect by the number of shares of Series C Preferred Stock being converted by such holder.
