Stock Purchase Program definition

Stock Purchase Program means the Stock Purchase Program in effect under this Plan.
Stock Purchase Program means the AmerUs Life Holdings, Inc. Executive Stock Purchase Plan adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company on November 13, 1998, entitling certain managers and executives of the Company and its Subsidiaries to purchase Common Stock and ACES of the Company, as such Stock Purchase Program may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in the sole discretion of the Company.
Stock Purchase Program means that certain stock repurchase program approved by ICD’s Board of Directors, providing for the repurchase of up to $10,000,000 of Equity Interests of ICD consisting of shares of common stock.

  • In addition, as an employee of Aerohive, you may be eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).

  • Starting in fiscal 2018, Employee may elect to defer a portion of his cash incentive payment into the receipt of discounted restricted stock units under the terms of the Company’s Management Stock Purchase Program (a component plan under the terms of the Standex 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan).

  • Executive Stock Purchase Program--The amount of payroll deductions for required payments of Participant under the Company's Executive Stock Purchase Program shall be calculated as if no deferral had occurred.

  • Stock Purchase has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Stock Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of the Subscription Agreement.
