Stock Pool definition

Stock Pool means 46.6% of the New Common Stock to be Distributed to the Holders of Allowed Noteholder Claims and Allowed General Unsecured Claims, which pool may be decreased or increased from time to time as set forth in Section VII.M hereof.
Stock Pool has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13 hereof.
Stock Pool means up to 850,000 shares of Common Stock (as adjusted for stock splits and combinations) issued or issuable to officers, directors or employees of, or consultants to, the Corporation pursuant to the Corporation's 1993 Stock Option Plan.
