Stock Element definition
Stock Element means such number of AJ Stock as has a value as at the Completion Date (calculated by reference to the average price as shown on the NASDAQ index in the fifteen trading days immediately preceding the Payment Date) of US$1,250,000;
Stock Element means that part of the Purchase Price which consists of Consideration Shares in an amount equal to the Purchaser Price less the Cash Element as such Cash Element is calculated in accordance with Schedule 6;
