Stock Drop definition
Stock Drop means a decrease in the per share market price of any REIT’s common stock within a period of 24 hours in an amount exceeding: (i) $5 per share; or (ii) a 10% net of the percentage change in the Standard & Poor’s Composite.
Stock Drop means a decrease in the per share market price of any REIT’s common stock within a period of 24 hours in an amount exceeding the greater of: (i) $5 per share; or (ii) a 10% decrease above and beyond any percentage decrease in the Standard & Poor’s Composite Index.
