Stock Availability means the amount of Loans against Eligible Stock that Laurus may from time to time make available to the Companies up to fifty percent (50%) of the value of the ▇’▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trust’s Eligible Stock as determined by reference at such time to the most recent closing market price of the Eligible Stock on the NASDAQ National Market as reported by Bloomberg, L.P.
