STLA has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Available surplus resolution provisions include reassignment, Voluntary Separation Payment Program (VSPP), Surplus Transitional Leave of Absence (STLA), Expanded Voluntary Separation Payment Program (EVSPP), elimination of contractors, Incidentals and Terms, and layoffs/Involuntary Separation Payment Program (ISPP).

  • This Agreement, along with the STLA, the SBUG, and the Exhibits referred to herein (incorporated herein by this reference), constitutes the complete, final and exclusive agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings and negotiations, both written or oral, among the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

  • The provisions of this Section 6 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement and/or the STLA.

  • If Vendor Partner fails to bring the product or service back into compliance with the Specification within thirty (30) days, SAFE-BioPharma shall have the right to announce publicly that the product or service is not in compliance and pursue any remedies enumerated in the STLA.

  • Without regard to whether SAFE-BioPharma has certified any product or service offered by Vendor Partner, Vendor Partner may use the SAFE-BioPharma Trademark(s) on Vendor Partner’s website and in Vendor Partner’s Materials, according to the definitions, terms, and conditions of the STLA and the SBUG.

  • Once a Vendor Partner’s product has been certified by SAFE-BioPharma, said Vendor Partner may affix the SAFE- BioPharma Trademark(s) on the product and/or product packaging according to the terms and conditions of the STLA.

  • By entering into this Agreement with SAFE-BioPharma, however, Vendor Partner acknowledges and covenants that, before affixing the SAFE-BioPharma Trademark(s), as defined by the STLA, to a product and/or product packaging, Vendor Partner’s product must be certified by SAFE-BioPharma according to Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Durations for phases indicated in the CBA, will be considered as the maximum time allowed for each phase of the TPP, except for STLA phase.

  • Once a Vendor Partner’s product has been certified by SAFE, said Vendor Partner may affix the SAFE Trademark(s) on the product and/or product packaging according to the terms and conditions of the STLA.

  • Calculations made after the Reversion Date of the amount available to be made as Restricted Payments under Section 6.04 will be made as though Section 6.04 had been in effect since the STLA Closing Date and prior to, but not during, the Suspension Period.
