STL Services definition

STL Services means Resident Supervision, Chaperone Services, and support, guidance and instruction. STL Services are provided by Contractor in accordance with Section 4, Statement of Work of these Special Terms and Conditions. STL Services implement the Resident’s Positive Behavioral Support Plan, the Resident’s Community Treatment Plan, and Court-Ordered Conditions.

Examples of STL Services in a sentence

  • Contractor Personnel providing STL Services shall be scheduled in a manner that complies with minimum Resident: Staff Ratios.

  • Contractor’s LRA Manager shall plan and oversee the activities of Contractor Personnel to ensure that all Services are provided in accordance with this Contract and shall provide STL Services when not performing Administrative or Managerial Duties.

  • The services (including the dates of execution and the charges) are stated in the STL Library Regulations, or more precisely, in Appendix 1 - Price List of STL Services, and STL is obliged to notify the user of the changes concerned through a WWW message.

  • Contractor shall provide STL Services in accordance with the Resident’s PBSP as instructed by the RCTT and will report on the Resident’s progress under the PBSP at the monthly RCTT meetings.

  • In the event that Administrative and Managerial Services do not require this number of hours, Contractor’s Manager shall provide STL Services for the remaining hours..

  • Contractor shall be entitled to invoice DSHS monthly in an amount corresponding to the actual hours of STL Services provided within Contractor’s LRA during the applicable month, at the rates and subject to the limitations set forth on Exhibit B, Rate Schedule.

Related to STL Services

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
