Examples of STK Terrain Server in a sentence

  • You shall make payments of all license fees required under this Addendum in accordance with the terms of the invoice provided by AGI, and You have purchased the appropriate STK Terrain Server License for each copy of the Software Application that You deploy or sell.

  • Use STK Terrain Server for the purpose of creating and deploying Software Applications to Clients on a Designated Server, subject to the restrictions in Section 2.3.

  • This Addendum (“Addendum”) sets forth the Supplemental Terms that apply to Your use of STK Terrain Server and includes the AGI Software License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference in its entirety.

  • This Addendum (“Addendum”) sets forth the Supplemental Terms that apply to Your use of STK Terrain Server and includes the AGI Software Deployment License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference in its entirety.

  • You may not have the STK Terrain Server installed on two Servers at any one time.
