STK Software definition
STK Software means any Software that, as to any ----------------- Services to be performed under a particular Authorization Letter, is owned or developed by or on behalf of STK before the particular Authorization Letter Services Commencement Date, or is acquired or developed by or on behalf of STK (other than by EDS) after the particular Authorization Letter Services Commencement Date without reference to or use of the intellectual property of EDS.
