STIPULATION AGREEMENT definition

STIPULATION AGREEMENT means a voluntary agreement entered into between Dakota County and a person, whereby the person agrees to perform actions to correct ordinance violations within an agreed upon time period and upon which its terms and conditions may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.

However, if the Tenant breaches the agreement, the Authority may file a certification of breach with the court, on notice to the Tenant. The court may then issue a warrant of removal.
