Stimulus Funds definition

Stimulus Funds means the ARRA funds awarded to CDA to help older Californians maintain their health and independence by providing Title III C meals to seniors in need of food and restoring congregate and home-delivered nutrition services and staff positions that have been eliminated or reduced. Allowable expenditures of Nutrition Stimulus funds include:

Stimulus Funds means all amounts of funds received or requested by the Acquired Group Companies from CARES Act stimulus fund programs in which any Acquired Group Company is participating on or after April 10, 2020.

Related to Stimulus Funds

  • Subsidy Funds With respect to any Subsidy Loans, funds contributed by the employer of a Mortgagor in order to reduce the payments required from the Mortgagor for a specified period in specified amounts.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Settlement Funds means the amount of funds in the Qualified Settlement Fund.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
