STID definition

STID shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
STID means the security trust and intercreditor deed between, among others, the Issuer (by way of accession) and the Swap Counterparty dated 24 July 2009, as amended, supplemented and restated form time to time.
STID means the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed dated the Issue Date between, among others, the Issuer, the Security Trustee, the Initial Guarantors and the Senior Note Trustee, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.

  • Unless otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the STID and used herein have the meanings given to them in the STID.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained herein, the parties agree that this Agreement is subject in all respects to the STID and for the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any inconsistency, the provisions of the STID shall prevail.

STID means the security trust and intercreditor deed entered into on or about the Initial Issue Date between, among others, the Borrower Security Trustee, the Obligors, the Bond Trustee and each Relevant Financial Guarantor which accedes thereto, together with any deed supplemental to the STID and referred to in the STID as a "Supplemental Deed".
STID means the security trust and intercreditor deed between, among others, the Issuer (by way of accession) and the Swap Counterparty dated 23 July 2003, as amended, supplemented and restated from time to time.

STID means the security trust and intercreditor deed to be entered into on or about the date of this Agreement between, among others, the Security Trustee, the Obligors and the Note Trustee together with any deed supplemental to the STID and referred to in the STID as a “Supplemental Deed”;
STID means the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed between, inter alia, the Security Trustee, Law Debenture Trust Company of New York as Senior Indenture Trustee, JPMorgan Chase Bank as Junior Indenture Trustee, Corp. as issuer, and certain obligors defined therein, including the Borrower.
