STG'S CLIENT BASE definition
STG'S CLIENT BASE means the customers and active prospects of STG as of the Closing Date, excluding the existing customers of Manugistics (and in the case of multi-national customers, as defined by division, office location or geographic area), all as set forth in SCHEDULE 3.
