Stevedoring Services definition

Stevedoring Services means the services specified in and performed in accordance with and subject to the provisions of clauses 8, 9 and 10 of these terms and conditions.

  • Local Services means those services, facilities or things which are under the jurisdiction of the municipality and are related to a plan of subdivision or within the area to which the plan relates in respect of the lands under Sections 41, 51 or 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 19990, Chap.
