Stevedores definition

Stevedores means a person or a firm to whom Stevedoring Licence is issued under Regulation 3 and includes a person who is a Stevedore by virtue of Regulation 10 :
Stevedores means a person to whom a stevedoring licence has been given under regulation 3 and includes a person who is a stevedore by virtue of Regulation 11.
Stevedores means a person to whom stevedoring license has been given under regulation 47.
