Sterling Borrower definition

Sterling Borrower has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
Sterling Borrower means each Borrower listed under the heading “Sterling Tranche” on Schedule 2.3 and any other Borrower added to the Sterling Tranche pursuant to Section 6.12.
Sterling Borrower any Borrower which is organized under the laws of, and has its principal office in, the United Kingdom.

More Definitions of Sterling Borrower

Sterling Borrower means initially Ring PLC, a limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (Registered in England No. 29796), and after Ring PLC became a private company (September 19, 2000), shall mean Ring Limited, a limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (Registered in England No. 29796), and its successor and assigns.
Sterling Borrower one or more of the following: Tiffany, Tiffany International or Tiffxxx & Xo., a corporation organized under the laws of the United Kingdom and whose principal office is located in the United Kingdom.
Sterling Borrower means each of Newco and Adience.
Sterling Borrower means Ring Limited, a limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (Registered in England No. 29796), and its successor and assigns.

Related to Sterling Borrower

  • Funding Borrower shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.12 hereof.

  • U.S. Borrower means any Borrower that is a U.S. Person.

  • UK Borrower means any Borrower (i) that is organized or formed under the laws of the United Kingdom or (ii) payments from which under this Agreement or any other Loan Document are subject to withholding Taxes imposed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

A controlling interest includes, but is not limited to, a controlling interest in the general partner of a limited partnership that owns the real property.
