Step 4 Contribution - Amortize the result in Step 3 by multiplying it by the applicable factor from Table II. For the Plan Year in which the Participant attains Normal Retirement Age and for any subsequent Plan Year, the applicable factor is 1.0.
Step 3 If no settlement is reached at Step 2, a meeting shall be held between the senior representatives of the Union and the Employer within seven (7) working days of the Employer's response at Step 2. The Employer's response to the grievance at Step 3 shall be in writing within seven (7) working days of this meeting. Step Four The parties shall request a list of seven arbitrators from the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service or other acceptable services and shall alternately strike names until only one name remains. This person shall serve as the arbitrator to resolve the dispute. The expense of employing the arbitrator shall be borne equally by both parties and each party shall be responsible for their own attorney fees and costs.
