Stemmons Software has the meaning set forth in the Stemmons Software License Terms and Conditions available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. "Statement of Work" or "Order Form" have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
