SteerCo definition
SteerCo has the meaning given to it in clause 11.3.2; Schedule 1 Definitions
SteerCo means the members (from time to time) of a steering committee of the holders of SUNs (including certain funds or accounts managed or advised by each of them, as applicable).
SteerCo means the steering committee appointed by the Firm to oversee the remediation activity, described at paragraph 4.1 of this Notice.
