Steam Generator definition

Steam Generator means any combustion equipment fired with gaseous and/or liquid fuel and used to produce steam or to heat water. This does not include waste heat recovery boilers that are used to recover heat from the exhaust of gas turbines or internal combustion engines, or any waste heat recovery boiler that is used to recover sensible heat from the exhaust of any combustion equipment.
